What we collect

When you submit the Open House form we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, preferred session time and anything you write in the notes field. We also record technical marketing data attached to your visit: campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), Google and Meta click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the page you landed on, the site that referred you, your device category and the time you submitted.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your free session, to plan your session safely around any injuries or constraints you tell us about, and to understand which marketing brought you here. We do not sell your information.

Email and SMS

By submitting the form you agree to receive communications from QuikTrain by email and/or SMS about your session and our coaching. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also email derick@quiktrain.ca and ask us to stop contacting you.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. Campaign information is read from the URL of the page you land on and stored only with the enquiry you submit. If we add an analytics or advertising tag in future, it will be disclosed here.

Storage, sharing and retention

Submissions are stored in our secure customer database and shared only with the coaching and administrative staff who need them, plus the service providers that host our website, database, email and SMS. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email derick@quiktrain.ca or call (416) 885-6353.
